When it comes time to having a profesional carpet cleaning, you look to hire someone you can trust and will be comfortable welcoming into your home. You want someone reliable, knowledgeable, responsible and who will communicate with you throughout the process.
What should I expect upon technician arrival?
A lead technician will inspect your home's carpet and answer any questions you may have. After inspection, you will recieve a final price estimate and approximate result outcome.
*Depending on scheduled work, there may be 2 or 3 technicians per vechicle.
Do I need to move my furniture?
We will move any furniture you would like for us to clean under. We ask that you be specific as to what furniture you would like to have moved. (For insurance purposes we are unable to move antique furniture and/or electric item such as lamps, etc.)
What do I need to do to prepare?
Please remove any knick knacks from furniture you would like for us to move. If able to do so, a light vacumming will help speed up the process.
What to expect
We start off with a deep cleaning using a commercial vacuum cleaner, making sure to vacuum all the edges. We then spray and scrub the entire carpet to begin the cleaning process.
Please make space around furniture for us to be able to work. Tarps will be placed underneath for protection.
Upon arrival a lead technician will inspect the fabric in order to deteremine cleaning procedure. Once determined, you will be given a final price.
